Thank you for shopping with LUMEHARA. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping destinations, delivery estimates and customs arrangements.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Singapore
• Malaysia

Orders with delivery addresses outside these destinations might not be accepted at this time.

Free Standard Shipping

LUMEHARA provides free standard shipping on all products to Singapore and Malaysia.

There is no minimum order amount. Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Singapore:
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Malaysia:
Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delivery might take longer during public holidays, periods of high carrier demand, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to Singapore and Malaysia are sent using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service.

Applicable import duties and taxes are included. Customers should not be required to pay an additional customs duty or import tax when the order is delivered.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with your order.

When tracking information is available from the shipping provider, it will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name, unit number, postal code and contact information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us so that we can help review the shipment.
